When I complete an Internet lesson by pressing the 'STOP' button, the V1 Professional software displays the following error message:

Encoder.Setup Failed

What can I do to correct this problem?

Early releases of V1 Professional 5.0 Full Installation CD (5.0.189 and earlier) did not include the newest version of the Windows Media Encoder, which is used to compress the IGA lessons before they are sent to the web. The V1 Web Update feature does not automatically install this update, you must manually download and install the update.

You must also add a small file to your V1 Professional 5.0 installation folder, please click this link to download that file:
IGA.PRX (Save this file to the V1 5.0 installation folder)

When prompted to save or run from current location, select "Save this file to disk", and select the location to be your V1 Professional Version 5 installation folder. By default, that location is C:V1_50

All full install CD's version 5.0.202 and newer include this update.
