When I use the V1 Home Edition or V1 Golf IGA module to download my analysis videos, the lesson downloads but then I receive 'Unpack error 80044066'  I am not prompted to save the lesson to the hard drive after this error appears.

For V1 Home Edition 1.34.00 and V1 Golf 1.00.25 and earlier versions only.

The GET feature in the V1 Home Edition software should not be used to download your analysis video from the academy.  V1 Home cannot play the .WMV format and encounters a problem when attempting to unpack it. 

This behavior has been corrected in later updates.

To view or download your analyzed video, please use the Internet Golf Academy website. 

Visit http://www.v1home.com  and log in using your e-mail address and password, then click the My Locker button.

To watch your swing analysis, just click the VIEW option.

To save your swing for offline viewing, right-click the link shown at the bottom of the Windows Media Player window and select 'Save target as...' from the dropdown menu.

Windows Media Player 7 or higher is required to view analysis videos.  You cannot open these videos in the V1 software, however you can play the lesson using Media Player alongside the V1 software.
