I receive this message (or similar) when sending a copy of a swing to a student's IGA or ISA locker.
The instruction at 0x77f745cc referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be 'written'.
The correction for this error is to reinstall the Microsoft MPEG-4 codec used to pack swing videos before they are sent to the academy.
This problem usually occurs only on systems when the software was installed by a user that was not logged in as a system administrator (2000/XP ONLY). While the codec may be registered and appear to be working, our software fails when attempting to use it to pack videos.
Download the codec from the link below and save the file to your hard drive. To install, double-click the icon for the file and follow the onscreen directions. You must be logged in with a system administrator account on Windows 2000 and XP systems for this to install successfully. If you are not sure of your access level, check the 'Users and Passwords' section of the Control Panel.
