What to include in your support email

When you send V1 Support an email about a problem, we need to know which specific software you are working with, the version and update numbers. The version number will be found in Options/System Info in our product.

If you are having a hardware issue or compatiblity issue, it would be helpful to know which operating system and amount of RAM of your PC.

If you are asking about camcorder issues, we will need to know the make and model # and a few lines explaining how you are creating or recording video.

If you are getting an error, we need as much of the error as possible and what you are doing when this error occurs. (Please check the knowledgebase for specific errors as there may already be a known issue.)
