V1 Software Support .: Blank Video when watching Internet Lesson

Blank Video when watching Internet Lesson

If you see black or blank video inside of Windows Media Player when viewing an Internet Lesson and your computer has Intel Graphics, this may be due to a bug in the Intel Graphics driver.  You may need to make the following change to be able to see the video:
  1. Right-click on the Windows Desktop.
  2. Select Graphics Properties.  (If you do not see this option, your computer may have a different brand of graphics accelerator and these instructions do not apply.)
  3. Click the Video Settings button at the bottom of the window.
  4. Under Noise Reduction, clear the Enable Application Settings Override checkbox.  (See image below.)
  5. Click the OK button to apply the change.
  6. Now your Internet Lessons should display correctly.
